Safety + Cancellation Policies

ARRIVAL

All entry to the shop will be on South Upper. Feel free to come and check in with the front desk, grab a drink and a seat in our waiting area. 

ONE PERSON AT A TIME AND CHILDREN

Come alone. We have limited space in the shop and a small waiting area. Facetime your bestie if you need moral support. Please do not bring children to your appointment. Having a child wait through an appointment is not practical for everyone involved with your service. 

CANCELLATION/ NO SHOWS/ LATE ARRIVALS

Your time booked with us is something we value greatly.

A valid credit card is required to reserve all appointments. We will not charge this card except in the case of late cancellations or no shows. 

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we need to be notified no later than the close of business (7:00PM) the day before your scheduled visit. In the event of a late cancellation or no show, you will be charged for half the price of the service in which you were booked. If we are closed the day preceding your appointment, you can cancel via text or voicemail.

If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, you will be charged half the price of your booked service and will be asked to reschedule.

Beginning January 1st, 2023 - Late Cancellations (not within business hours of the day prior to the scheduled appointment) will be charged half the price (50%) of the service booked.

No Shows (not showing up to your scheduled appointment with no prior communication that you would not be there) will be charged the full price (100%) of the service booked.
