As one of Cha Cha’s blonding specialists, Shelby uses her creativity to customize each client’s experience in her chair. Her passion for blondes comes from the knowledge that no two blondes are alike and that diversity means there’s no limit to what the two of you can create. Shelby enjoys spending time with her 11 dogs and other fur babies and any time she can, she is on the lake or out camping.
