As one of Cha Cha’s blonde hair specialists, Baylee has an understanding with her best friend - the foil. Highlighting gives her the ability to be creative while relying on the tried and true process that every blonde knows and loves. While Baylee favors her blondes, she also enjoys cutting a long layered beauty. A new found love for Baylee is the blunt bob - inspired and executed by Vidal Sassoon’s teaching. When she isn’t creating blonde icons, Baylee prefers to spend time at home with her dogs, Romeo and Klaus, watching Netflix, coloring or kicking ass on Fortnite.
